IPL : Replacement for Jonny Bairstow, Kyle Jamieson, and Will Jacks announced. Know about Price, Team, and Role

The replacements for Johnny Bairstow, Kyle Jamieson, and Will jacks have been announced by their respective teams. The players were part of the IPL auction 2023 but were not picked by any of the teams in the auction. Some key players are missing from the IPL and they needed replacements for the same so the teams have opted for their like-to-like replacements.

Johnny Bairstow

The England cricketer will not be part of IPL 2023 due to an injury, he was purchased by Punjab kings for 6.75 crores, but the player decided to stay away from League and that team has found his replacement in the Australian all-rounder Mathew short. The player has shown his abilities in the Big bash League and Punjab Kings will hope he continues the same with the bat and ball and add value to the team and performance.

Kyle Jamieson

Kyle Jamieson was bought by Chennai Super Kings in the auction for a base price of one crore rupees but will not be part of IPL for this season. The New Zealander is suffering from a back injury. CSK has signed Sissanda Magala, the South African who is a T20 specialist for a base price of 50 lakh rupees. Magala was part of the IPL Auction but no team was interested now he will play for MS Dhoni Lead CSK.

Will Jacks

The England batter was recently part of the ODI series between Bangladesh and England where he was injured. He was bought for 3.2 Cr by RCB in the auction of 2023. The New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell takes his place in the RCB squad with the base price of the IPL auction which is 1 Cr.
